Andrew Caudle is the Principal Broker/ Owner of 479 Real Estate, a residential, commercial and land real estate firm serving Northwest Arkansas. Andrew is a man of the land, raised on a farm in Oklahoma and relocated to Arkansas in 2005.

Since his introduction into real estate 13 years ago, Andrew has since attained a multitude of awards, ranked top 10 in real estate for the State of Arkansas, obtained dual licensure for the State of Missouri, been an Executive Broker for a top producing real estate firm in NWA and become a multi-million dollar closer.

Andrew presents his firm with a down to earth style and certitude; to “keep it real” with every customer and client he and his team encounter.

Andrew is known throughout the community as a man of many talents. Moments in between business, you can still find him enjoying the farm life or constructing one of his many personal projects.
